The price for the boat includes transport to one of the major seaports in Northern Europe! (costs approximately 30,000-35,000) For example, to Rotterdam or Amsterdam. The boat is built on a Waterbus aluminum frame with floats. All walls and roofs are made of high-quality composite material with exterior cladding.

Walls 8 cm thick - down to minus 20 degrees C specs. Roof; 12 cm thickness. Resistant to a load of 280 kg per 1m2, except for areas without support (max 100 kg per 1 m2)

The ship is built to the highest specifications with triple glazing. (8 mm insulation glass, down to minus 30 degrees) This includes 3 sliding doors. 1 at the front. 1 in the master bedroom and 1 in the living room (starboard side)

There is underfloor heating in all rooms (with individual temperature controls for all rooms on board) An Eberspächer cooler/heater (spec 18 - 28 degrees C) with sockets in all areas. (Runs on gasoline)

Electric heating is often used throughout the boat with a total of 30 sockets for 230V. No gas is used

Sockets for solar panel use are installed. Sockets for any battery "top-up" generator are installed in the technical room

There are 4 jet thrusters installed. Powered by 8 high-capacity batteries 2 power connections for shore power Diesel and gasoline tanks; both 50 liters

In the toilet, a macerator is installed that uses only 1.0 liter of water per flush. Hot water tank of 80 liters. Washing machine with extra "quick-drying" capacity

The "walkaround" is 60 cm wide. The deck is entirely "eco-teak"
