Amazing 86S in great condition , 2016-2017 big exterior refit and systems technical service: hull was completely repainted and polished. New teak on cockpit and swimming platform. Replaced upholstery of all exterior cushions and sun beds, replaced upholstery of sofas on the main deck. Stern thruster was installed. Full technical service of motors and drives (Arneson Drive) in May 2016 was made. Her registration is “Commercial Yacht”. Azimut 86S has an aggressive and unmistakable profile, emphasized by the burgundy hull and the six centralized square windows which have become Righini's signature for the Open line. The superstructure's windows recapture the shark fin shape present on the flybridge models with a third oblong larger window, streamlining and offering optimum visibility. The superstructure has ample space inside which can be totally isolated from the external areas or alternatively completely integrated. The hard top integrated into the superstructure of the boat may be opened electronically by sliding towards the aft and concealing itself in the roof of the cockpit. The large door which gives access to the salon, when open, creates an overall space of 55sqm reaching as far as the stern
The interior layout has been developed and maintained by the architect Carlo Galeazzi, who preferred to wood and coatings that can make any room bright and modern. The lines of the furnishings are essential, the material used for flooring for the furniture is Wenge with inis carpet for the first and second for aluminum. The exhibition also includes access stairs to the kitchen and crew quarters on the lower deck, where there are two single cabins with a second folding bed, table and bathroom complete. But once they arrive in the interior must necessarily dwell on the cabin, developed over the entire width of the teacher and with six windows on each side facing the sea level. We stayed in this environment while surfing at high speeds in rough seas, talking with normal voice but also being able to stand quietly in the foot to admire the spectacular view from the present 12 square windows on the sides. The superstructure and 'made of fiberglass as the hull, is very large and houses the lounge and modern and complete the bridge, from which the visibility is excellent at any speed thanks to the correct positioning of the three leather chairs that complement each other. This area is transformed in seconds from closed to open, thanks to the generous opening of the 'hard top can be controlled electrically, which disappears into the ceiling of the cockpit if necessary. Outside the Azimut 86S offers adequate space to enjoy outdoor relaxation, beginning with the generous aft platform which reveals a real little beach, from which to reach the cockpit using two comfortable side stairs that forms close to the ideal the generous sun present in this area.
