Full rebuild including complete disassembly, re-sleeved block, new Caterpillar cylinder head (w/ factory warranty), new turbo cartridge, new injector, new pistons and rings on cylinders 5 & 6, new bearings, seals, gaskets, filters, oil and coolant.
Bench test + sea trial after installation.
Port engine:
Full disassembly and complete cleaning, replacement of piston rings, bearings, gaskets, seals, filters, oil and coolant, aftercooler cleaned and pressure-tested.
Reinstallation and sea trial.
✔ Engines currently perfectly tuned and balanced, ready for many more seasons.

Puesta en marcha en taller + pruebas de mar.
Motor Babor:
Desmontaje completo con limpieza total, sustitución de aros, cojinetes, juntas, sellos, retenes, filtros, aceites y refrigerante, limpieza y prueba de presión del aftercooler.
Montaje y pruebas de mar.
Motores actualmente equilibrados, afinados y listos para navegar.
