Her MAN 1400 engines of 1,400mhp/1029kW (each) at 2,300 RPM will deliver an excellent top speed of 15 knots. In order to reduce noise and vibration levels, a flexible joint has been placed in the transmission lines to absorb any shaft vibrations plus hydraulic fin stabilizers with zero speed mode are fitted as standard for comfort underway.
