ADAMAS V is a masterpiece designed and built in 1987 by Sanzio Nicolini, the founder of CRN and Cantieri Navali Nicolini, for the Emir of Qatar. Nicolini brought together a team of the most talented artisans and craftsmen, including the top international designer Claudio Zampetti, to create one of the most important and iconic yachts of its time. Nicolini began to work with Mario Sardela, head of the historic Mario Morini Yard, to built the “Al Menwar” with a bespoke design, a new concept in shipbuilding that would signal a new high standard in yacht design.
ADAMAS V manifests the quest for innovation, aesthetic ideals and functional excellence. This highly innovative yacht was described at the time as the first true luxury explorer superyacht in the world.
ADAMAS V has circumnavigated the globe and is capable of long range crossings, cruising at 15 knots with a maximum speed of 20 knots, offering safety, comfort and speed to her guests.
ADAMAS V underwent a complete and extensive refit in 2023 under the supervision of Giorgio Vafiadis. The yacht can accommodate 12 guests in 6 luxurious Suites, which are located on the Main Deck and Upper Decks. New Tenders and new Jet Skis, have been installed on-board and a 6 person Jacuzzi was fitted on her fabulous Sun Deck.
ADAMAS V has the latest navigation and communication equipment offering her guests worldwide access through the yacht’s Wi-Fi and LAN network.
