For sale is a very well-maintained Fiart 25 Cabin from 2001, which has been extensively modernized both technically and visually in recent years. With an overall length of 8.85 m, a width of 2.80 m, and two powerful Volvo Penta gasoline engines with 172 kW each, it offers an attractive combination of sporty driving characteristics, generous space, and high comfort.
A special highlight is the technical condition: Both engines and the outdrives were completely overhauled in 2024 and have since only completed about 60 operating hours. The boat has been regularly maintained, polished annually, and provided with new antifouling. From October to June, it was stored in a hall. In May 2026, the complete annual service was carried out – the boat is thus immediately ready for use. Extensive documentation including invoices is available.
Generous space
The Fiart 25 Cabin impresses with a remarkably versatile layout for this size of boat. On the foredeck, there is a large sunbathing area. The cockpit features a double helm seat and seating for up to six people. The height-adjustable table can also be used for at least six people; the aft area can be converted into a generous sunbathing area. Additionally, there is an extended swim platform.
Below deck, there is a separate double berth and a seating area for six people that can be converted into another double bed. A galley with sink and gas stove, as well as a wet cell with electric toilet and shower, make the boat comfortable for longer weekends and short trips.
Extensive equipment & modernizations
In recent years, significant investments have been made in the boat. The equipment includes among other things a electric anchor winch with 40 m anchor chain, retractable swim ladder, automatic fire extinguishing system, retractable sunshade, and Flexiteek (2023). Also renewed or added were Bluetooth stereo system with four speakers, navigation and anchor lights, USB charging port, refrigerator, electric toilet, and outdoor shower.
In 2024, among other things, a 400 W solar system with charger and inverter, two new DuoProp propellers, a Lowrance Hook 7 GPS/Fishfinder, and a completely new instrumentation including instrument panel were added. In 2025, the boat was additionally equipped with ZIPWAKE interceptors/stabilizers, underwater LED lighting, a complete cockpit cover, and a complete helm enclosure.
Numerous other technical works have also been carried out: in 2024, the boat received new bilge and water pumps as well as new engine and consumer batteries; in 2025, the main hydraulic cylinder of the steering was renewed.
