17-meter semi-displacement trawler designed by Michel Joubert and Bernard Nivelt, delivered in Elegance finish with varnished mahogany woodwork. Moored at the Old Port of Golfe-Juan, Côte d'Azur.
Put into service in Istanbul in 2011, it has sailed for over ten years under the command of a full-time captain, then joined the Côte d'Azur in 2024 via Greece, Albania, Montenegro, Italy, Sicily, Malta, Sardinia, and Corsica. Its current owners, a former chief engineer captain and a former chief stewardess of 60-meter units, handle the mechanics and regular maintenance of the boat themselves. They are now acquiring the same model in New Zealand to sail the Pacific.
Three driving stations, independent crew cabin, 4,000 liters of diesel, and unusual storage volumes define a boat designed for long cruising. The vessel is under temporary admission status, European VAT unpaid: the displayed price is understood to be excluding tax.
WHY THIS ONE
1. Available berth in Golfe-Juan. The berth is available and can be taken over by the buyer at their expense. In this basin, it is a factor that conditions the actual use of the boat much more than its equipment.
2. Maneuvering with a reduced crew. Three driving stations (flybridge, wheelhouse, and cockpit), bow and stern thrusters. The boat can be maneuvered by two, including in port.
3. Independent crew cabin. Three guest cabins, two bathrooms, plus a crew cabin with its own bathroom and access from the deck. This configuration is rare on a 17-meter unit.
4. Unusual storage volumes. Wardrobes, drawers, lockers, and storage under the berths in the three cabins, anchor locker, two mooring lockers, gas locker, and lazarette accessible from the deck. The boat carries the equipment for long-distance cruising without encroaching on living space.
