Winter 2021/2022 Complete Rub Rail Up Restoration Including:

All hardware above and below the waterline came off the boat including cabin windows, hard top, aluminum flybridge structure, windshield, rails, antennas, swim platform, rudder guides, thru-hulls, rudder guides, props, shafts, etc.
Transom cut open, core replaced, repaired with new gel coat.
Swim platform refurbished with new gel coat.
New core in hard top and cockpit gunnels
Delamination of bow pulpit repaired
Cockpit floor cut open to provide access to fuel tank – fuel tank inspected and cleaned, removing all sediment. All fuel tank pickups/hardware cleaned, polished and re-bedded. Cockpit floor re-fiberglassed after fuel tank inspection
All fiberglass cracking/spidering repaired, boat completely sanded, primed and painted.
Sandblasted and powder coated hatch hardware and flybridge windshield, replaced hatch and windshield lenses with new
Replaced all cabin window seals and windows
Replaced flybridge stratoglass
Trim tab hydraulics rebuilt
Hydraulic steering gear all rebuilt and hardware polished
Polished, re-bedded and reinstalled all hardware above and below the waterline
Installed new windlass and foot controls

Installed new electronics – Raymarine E-series Hybrid touch screen with Quantum Radar, installed redundant SeaTalk networks, installed redundant DST transducers, installed all new LED lighting.
Installed new Sofa, replaced birth mattresses with custom Bamboo memory foam mattresses with custom bedding

Complete Engine service including replacing all hoses, ignitions coils, ignition modules, plugs, wires, distributers, rebuilt engine cooling exchangers, installed new raw water impellers and repaired leaking exhaust mufflers

New Exhaust elbows, new oil coolers, changed port & starboard transmission oil
Cleaned and refurbished dash panels, removing all dash instrument gauges, tested, cleaned.
New SeaDek in cockpit
Stripped bottom paint, recoated with Interprotect and black Fiberglass Bottom coat
Replaced/refurbished shore power connections, installing new receptacles and fault breakers
Winter 2023/2024

Complete Generator service including refurbishing exchanger, new anodes, spark plugs, wires, thermostat and cooling system flush.
New Trac-vision TV5 Sat dome
Port and Starboard cooling system service, including new thermostats
New SeaDek in flybridge
