The hull is a composite construction and moulded using a combination of vinylester and polyester resin with the outer topside finish in a white NPG gelcoat.

Below the waterline, the hull features a monolithic single-skin composite laminate, with an Aramid/Kevlar layer, reinforced with a matrix of stringers and floors.
Combined with BS1088 standard marine-ply structural bulkheads, this produces a robust structure with excellent strength to weight qualities and proven longevity. Additional reinforcements are included in the way of the keel recess, the keel longitudinals, mast bulkhead, P-bracket, forestay, and hull stringers.
