A well-maintained 2002 Catalina 320 on shoal draft — 4'3" of clearance opens up anchorages that fin keel boats can't touch, a genuine advantage for BC coastal cruising from the Gulf Islands to Desolation Sound. Navigation is handled by a Raymarine C90W chartplotter with full ST60 instrument suite, ST4000+ autopilot with clutch drive, and a Standard Horizon Intrepid DSC VHF. Straightforward and reliable electronics package with everything needed for comfortable coastal passages.

Recent upgrades give this boat a strong foundation going forward. The Kanzaki transmission was fully rebuilt in October 2025 — all internal components replaced. Both house batteries, starting battery, charging relay, and battery switch were all replaced in May 2026, so the electrical system is essentially new. The Tides Marine Strong Track mainsail luff track system was installed at the same time as the transmission work, along with a new radar reflector.

The La Fabrica canvas package includes a dodger with cover, helm cover, and cockpit cushions. The Highfield Roll-Up 250 goes with an Ocean Marine Systems outboard hoist and a Yamaha 6hp four-stroke. Below, a Force 10 propane stove, Adler Barbour refrigerator, and Samsung microwave. The Pro Mariner 40A charger and ProSafe galvanic isolator round out a tidy electrical setup.

Serenity is a capable, accessible coastal cruiser with meaningful recent investment in the systems that matter most.
