Vacance 1100 Lady Rose – Dutch craftsmanship with approximately €30,000 in recent investments

This stylish Vacance 1100 from 1998 was built by Vacance Jachtbouw in Sneek, a Dutch yard specializing in comfortable steel motor yachts. With its robust steel construction, generous dimensions, and warm, classic interior, the Lady Rose offers everything for relaxed cruising and longer stays on board.

Particularly noteworthy are the investments of approximately €30,000 since 2025. Among other updates, the propeller shaft and shaft bearings have been renewed, the underwater hull has been blasted and re-coated with a protective epoxy coating system. New anodes and batteries have also been installed. These important upgrades can save the future owner significant maintenance costs.

Propulsion is provided by an 88 hp Yanmar diesel engine with only 2,211 running hours. This indirectly cooled engine with conventional shaft drive is excellently suited for comfortable cruising. Thanks to the bow thruster and stern thruster, maneuvering the vessel is particularly easy.

Inside, you will find a spacious salon, complete galley, two sleeping quarters, a shower, and an electric toilet. With four fixed berths and two additional sleeping places, there is plenty of room for family and guests.

The diesel heating system, generous tank capacities, and comfortable equipment make this motor yacht attractive for longer boating vacations.
