- Catamaran pontoons made of GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) for stability

- Aluminium cladding available in a selection of colours and combinations

- Stainless steel handrails for reduced weight and improved durability

Interior Features
Entering the houseboat through floor-to-ceiling sliding patio doors leads into an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area. The abundance of windows on all sides floods this space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with:

- Fitted cupboards and worktops available in a range of colours and finishes

- Essential appliances such as a combi oven, hob, and fridge

- Ample storage space provided by a generously sized walk-in cupboard

The bathroom includes modern amenities such as a toilet, wash hand basin, walk-in shower, and towel radiator.

Space and Layout
The M350 offers 350 SQFT of internal space with 1 or 2 bedrooms, accommodating 4-6 people with the addition of a sofa bed in the living area. This particular model is the 1 bedroom layout.

Both the front and rear balconies provide ample space for outdoor furniture, allowing residents to enjoy external relaxation or entertain guests.

Safety Compliance
The M Series has RCD compliance, meaning it meets all necessary safety regulations for a vessel. The Recreational Craft Directive (RCD) was introduced by the European Commission in 1994 to ensure a uniform level of safety in the design and manufacture of recreational craft throughout the European Economic Area.

Customisation Options
There is the ability to customize both the interior and exterior finishes, including the addition of a roof terrace accessed via a spiral staircase from the rear balcony. This flexibility allows customers to personalize the houseboat to their specific style and taste.

Key Features:

- RCD (Recreational Craft Directive) compliance, ensuring safety regulations are met.

- GRP catamaran pontoons for additional stability and durability.

- Balconies at the front and rear.
