Vripack Doggersbank yachts have been built since the 1960s by what is probably the highest quality yacht builder in the Netherlands and far beyond. Nowadays, only large seaworthy explorers from 60 feet and above are built.

This 48-foot (14.67 m) beauty is certainly not inferior in terms of build quality, sailing characteristics and comfort compared to its newly built namesakes. Even before you step on board, you can see the care and love that has gone into maintaining this ship.
The glossy two-component paint is undamaged, the teak decks are in perfect condition, the high-quality stainless steel deck fittings and guardrails sparkle in the sun, the cockpit cover is immaculate and the interior is spotless and exudes comfort and cosiness.

Moreover, unlike most cruisers, the hull was not built with a hard chine, but with a true round bilge. This technique is rarely used nowadays due to the high construction costs.

This exceptionally rare and now classic Vripack Doggersbank proves that age is secondary to good maintenance. A boat that can continue to sail the inland and sea waters for many years to come without any problems.

Anyone looking for a perfectly maintained, extremely solid twin-engine motor yacht with an “old-money” look will immediately feel at home on board.

A visit on board can be arranged easily through Nauticus Yachting.
