MAE is a LAGOON 450 F (Flybridge) owner version 3 cabin.

She has sailed a genuine ocean-crossing route from France through Gibraltar, the Mediterranean, the Caribbean and Panama before arriving in Tahiti.

Since February 2020 she has been owned by a couple with over 40 years of sailing experience and five boats between them, who have lived aboard and cruised her gently through the Society Islands, the Marquesas and the Tuamotus.

She has never been chartered and has never sat through a cyclone season in the water, spending her off-season safely hauled out at the Apataki shipyard in the Tuamotus.

She is tax paid in French Polynesia, meaning she can remain in French Polynesia indefinitely.

Key features:

Fully energy self-sufficient: 2000 Ah of tubular house batteries, over 2000 W of solar (arch, coachroof and bimini panels), and 2x 3kW inverters.

Fresh water independence with a 250 L/hour watermaker.

55 hp Yanmar at 1350 hours, with 4 blades Max Prop folding propellers giving over 9 knots at just 2000 rpm.

Recent sails and rigging: new genoa (June 2025), Incidence square-top mainsail, gennaker with bowsprit, and 5x electric winches.

Most of electronics renewed in 2019/2026: Raymarine i70 navigation pack, Quantum radar, AIS, dual GPS (Raymarine + Furuno), and a dedicated KEP marine computer running MaxSea TimeZero and OpenCPN with worldwide charts.

Lagoon's official bulkhead-reinforcement kit has been completed.

Meticulously maintained: hauled-out annually, antifouling and engine servicing, new never-used Lagoon cockpit and flybridge cushion covers, and an ultrasonic antifouling protection system on the drive legs.

Ready to sail immediately in French Polynesia, with import tax already paid, this Lagoon 450 is the ideal choice for those looking to cruise the islands for several years in comfort, offering all the autonomy needed to reach the most remote atolls without compromise.
