We offer you this beautiful Nautic Saintonge NS44CC, a solidly built French center-cockpit cruiser. This ship comes from the third owner who has owned the boat for a long time and has always maintained it with care and love. The NS44CC is known for its robust construction, comfortable sailing characteristics, and safe central cockpit, making it extremely suitable for long journeys, coastal cruises, and living aboard. The Nautic Saintonge 44 was designed by Georges Auzépy-Brenneur and built as a fully-fledged cruising sailboat. Under sail, the NS44CC shows itself to be a stable and course-holding cruiser. The deep, sheltered central cockpit offers excellent visibility and a sense of safety, even in heavier weather. Thanks to its significant water displacement and long waterline, the ship moves smoothly through the waves and feels at home on large open water. The center-cockpit configuration is appreciated by many ocean sailors for its comfort, safety, and excellent visibility all around during long passages.
The wide walkway and solid foredeck ensure safe movement on deck. The sheltered central cockpit is deep and centrally located in the ship, providing good protection for the crew against wind and spray. From the cockpit, the main sailing maneuvers can be easily performed. The spacious aft deck offers extra living space in the harbor and is a pleasant place to relax while sailing or at anchor. The classic lines and raised freeboard give the ship a timeless and recognizable appearance.
Below, the NS44CC offers a surprisingly spacious interior with a lot of living comfort. The classic layout includes a generous salon with comfortable seating, a practical longitudinal galley, and a spacious navigation corner. At the front are the guest cabins, while the owner's cabin at the back offers complete privacy. Thanks to the center cockpit, there is a generous aft cabin that is ideal for long stays aboard. The boat has two wet cells and 7 sleeping places for a larger crew or guests.
A characterful ocean cruiser for sailors who appreciate safety, comfort, and classic beauty. The Nautic Saintonge NS44CC is ready for new adventures with its next owner.
