We want someone who will enjoy *Plain Vanilla* (NED 12) at least as much as we have; in such hands, this exceptionally well-equipped racing yacht will be well cared for. An offshore racing yacht fully prepared and race-ready for the Transquadra, Cap Martinique, Fastnet, and IRC or ORC events.One-owner boat, consistently professionally maintained (Jeanneau; CGMarine; Pierre-Edouard Regoud).Prepared for racing with the "Orlabay" training group in La Trinité-sur-Mer; wintered ashore.Since September 2024, the boat has been based in Scheveningen, Netherlands. It has not been used for competition since early 2025. *Plain Vanilla* (NED 12) won the Scheveningen winter regattas in 2024 and 2025.In 2026, the boat was set up for IRC and ORC rules (certified/inspected sails, electronics and equipment replaced) and continuously optimized for the 2026 regatta season to maintain its unique, high-performance configuration. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our participation in these races for personal reasons.2026 IRC Rating = 1.0242025 ORC Rating = 555.4 Partial list of upgrades compared to the standard SF 3300:Custom A-frame bowsprit, adapted to the 3300’s bow; more robust and half the weight of the originalReinforced bowsprit stay attachment (under-deck) and modified fit for better resistance to lateral loads when reachingAdditional under-deck reinforcement laminationAdditional interior lamination replacing original bonded componentsNew laminated floorboards; lighter and non-water-absorbentDual masthead wind sensors: NKE Carbo Wind + HR (inverted) as backupPort and starboard battery compartments protected against water ingressE-bar electronic control system for switching active rudders from the cockpit (significant drag reduction)PROPSPEED coating on the propeller for reduced dragDual footrests (port/starboard) in the cockpitNautix antifouling (2025)New NKE keypad for controlling the two mast-base displays, plus a new engine control unitNew rudder bearings; system inspected and prepped by Jeanneau; zero play ISO 9650-1 liferaft, 18 kg (2024) • 3 carbon spinnaker poles, including one very lightweight Sparcraft model (450 and 465 cm)14 sails maintained by North SailsNew double mainsail halyard and new running backstays with new linesRudder trailing edges reshaped to reduce drag and eliminate vibrationAdditional photos available upon request.
