The Hunter 45 DS “Carpe Diem Or” is a well-equipped 2009 sailing yacht offering a highly practical combination of comfortable cruising, reliable performance and generous accommodation. Built by Hunter and flying the UK flag, she measures 13.17 metres with a 4.42-metre beam and 1.98-metre draft.

Her spacious interior features three cabins plus a convertible salon berth, accommodating guests comfortably. The owner’s aft cabin has a large twin bed, armchair and direct access to a private head and shower, while the forward guest cabin also benefits from its own head and shower. The salon provides a welcoming social area with a convertible dining table.

Powered by a Yanmar 4JH4TE 54 HP engine with approximately 900 hours, she is equipped with a bow thruster, four solar panels, air conditioning, electric heads and a 530-litre freshwater capacity. Sailing equipment includes a furling mainsail, Genoa, four manual and two electric winches, and a full cockpit cover with sprayhood.

Navigation is supported by Raymarine electronics, including radar, autopilot, GPS, dual chartplotters, wind, depth and speed systems, plus an Icom VHF and AIS added in 2025.

The yacht underwent extensive works in April 2023, including antifouling, replacement of the standing rigging, mast base, antenna, lighting, mast electronics wiring, engine service and black-water plumbing. She has no history of accidents.:::
