At the stern we would have the toilet on the starboard side and the aft cabin using a large part of the stern.

The engine looks in good condition and the bilge is completely dry.

PERSONAL OPINION

On this boat in the annual beaching I would change the bottom taps and the general review of the bottoms, usually apart from some detail of aesthetics, it is a boat that is in accordance with the current market.
The tube of the shaft bushing and the flying buttress bushing were changed by a professional port company, the battery charger was also installed new.
