All external hull and deck fittings were removed before the hull and superstructure were prepared for painting. The gelcoat was ground, filled and faired, followed by the application of 200 microns of epoxy primer. She was then sanded, sealed and professionally sprayed in black and white, with silver stripes replicating the original factory scheme.The stripes, logos and boat name were all sprayed rather than applied as decals, before the entire vessel was lacquered. The work was carried out in a commercial low-bake spray booth, providing a high-quality, durable finish that is considerably easier to maintain.The 2023 refurbishment also included a new swim platform and stainless-steel support frame, composite teak decking, new underwater skin fittings and seacocks, new deck fittings and cleats, navigation lights, batteries and numerous electrical and interior upgrades.In 2024, the boat received extensive mechanical and interior refurbishment, including a comprehensive rebuild of the port engine and significant work to the starboard engine and cooling systems.In 2025, the vessel was lifted, polished and antifouled.
