The Mira 40 by Innovazioni & Progetti is well known and appreciated for its spacious outdoor areas, comfort, and nautical qualities. It is no coincidence that it is still well present in the market and chosen by numerous boaters looking for a reliable 40-foot vessel with plenty of outdoor space. Safe and wide side passages, high bulwarks, a safe central passage to the bow directly from the cockpit, and a side chaise longue that characterizes this unit. Below deck, we find spacious and elegant environments. A 3-cabin, 2-bathroom layout with a convertible dinette and a comfortable side kitchen area.

The boat we are offering is from 2003, registered in 2004; it is in generally good condition and comes with standard equipment and fittings including: bow thruster, hydraulic flaps, hot/cold air conditioning, Mase 3.5KW generator, two refrigerators, induction plate; extendable hydraulic gangway.

Various works have been carried out over the years, all documentable, including total refurbishment of the transom, reupholstering of the exterior cushions, hull polishing, new biminis, new risers with turbine and injector overhaul.
