DescriptionHere we have what appears to be a very tidy example of the DC30 single level cruiser from 1969. The boat is a great mix of traditional originality and modern convenience.

She has easy access rear deck with gentle steps down to the single level living accommodation.

Her aft cabin has big windows and a good sized double berth with an additional side single berth or sofa as you choose. The cabin is light and airy and has the diesel warm air heating controller mounter right by the bed so no more cold mornings!

The galley and heads are midships and are separated from the saloon and aft cabin by original doors meaning you can fully enclose all three sections of the boat.

The large heads and shower is to starboard midships and the well fitted and roomy galley to port. Full sized cooker and plenty of work space and cupboards and a fridge ensure comfort and flexibility when cruising. The large heads has a thermostatic bar shower and toilet fitted to holding tank.

The forward saloon converts to a double and the whole saloon roof slides to open this area up on nice days. The helm is to port and the forward double doors lead to a great and spacious forward well deck.

Front and rear covers are included in the sale.

The boat has full shore power fitted, solar panels and an inverter and two tv one in the saloon and on in the aft cabin.

Her Boat Safety Certificate runs to 2030 and her mooring could be available to the new owner.

She has recently been fully repainted professionally and she looks to be a very tidy vessel indeed.

Her BMC 1.5 diesel engine is serviced and start readily and settles down to a nice even idle and appears to run very well indeed.
