DescriptionBoatshed Norfolk are pleased to offer this very original and very tidy example of the highly regarded Freeman 23.

This particular boat is a very well presented 1970 vessel powered by a well maintained, serviced and apparently very well running Watermota Seawolf engine.

The current owners of the last 13 years have meticulously maintained and looked after this very smart vessel and it is very evident.

Her woodwork is in very good order and her fixtures and fittings have been kept as original as possible and in good working order.

She was last antifouled in November 2024 and serviced in May 2026 and her Boat Safety Certificate has just been renewed for another 4 years to 2030.

She has a new canopy in 2025 a new cooker in 2015, new curtains in 2026 and new foam for her cushions.

The boat is all standard freeman layout and can sleep 4 with a comfortable saloon converting to a a double if required. She has a sea toilet fitted but also has a porta potti.

She had an insurance condition survey in 2020 which is a hard copy and available to be viewed on the boat at viewing.

Her exterior is all original gelcoat and very tidy indeed.

This is genuinely one of the better looking Freeman 23 vessels we have seen in several years and start and runs beautifully and has been looked after properly and diligently by her owners.

Her deck treadway paint could do with redoing but this is a regular maintenance task on these boats.

This little Freeman will be sure to please her new owner and would make an ideal first cruiser.

Her mooring at Hickling may also be available to the new owner by agreement with the land owner.
Her Broads toll is paid to March 2027.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
