• Brand new engine installed in 2022 - Now only has about 15 hours
• Vetus bow thruster, Garmin autopilot, and Garmin radar
• CE approved for 10 persons
• 6 sleeping places

We are pleased to offer this very nice and newer Bayliner 285. The boat presents elegant and modern lines. She is a wonderfully spacious vessel that takes her owners and guests on both comfortable day trips as well as longer vacations.

She also has a size that invites quick evening outings on the water. A presentable and pleasant place to be, especially when it’s just about enjoying a good glass of wine in the cockpit. First class, while also keeping an eye on the harbor life.

She sails under the charming and humorous name: "Hønen"

If you want a boat that can do it all and is ready for quick takeover, please get in touch.

INTERIOR AND COMFORT:
The layout starts with a large and lovely cockpit under open skies. She is equipped with a nice large T-top so you can easily and quickly close her completely or partially.

At the stern of the cockpit, there are plenty of seating around the fine table. Further forward is an angled and elevated sofa on the port side. It is positioned opposite the helm so passengers can also follow along with the navigation from here.

Below deck, there is superb comfort, good headroom, and space. You sit nicely around the table down here. The arrangement can easily be converted into an extra double berth when you have many overnight guests aboard.

There is a massive fixed double bed in the bow - and a very nice double sleeping area in an enclosed cabin on the port side.

The galley is well-equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave.

There is both cold and hot water onboard, with outlets everywhere. Naturally, there is also an oil heater to keep warm even on colder days or at night.

TECHNICAL:
The first thing you notice is the new powerful Mercruiser engine. It was professionally installed in 2022 as brand new by the current owner. There is full invoice documentation for it. Since then, the boat has only sailed a couple of hours each year, so the engine has ONLY run approximately 15 hours in total!

Next to highlight is the Garmin Autopilot, which is essential for longer trips.

During harbor maneuvers, life is easy with the fine Vetus bow thruster that you simply must have onboard.

Navigation is made easy with the Garmin plotter - and safety is ensured with a fixed-mounted VHF radio - along with Garmin Radar on the T-top.

CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE:
The boat appears in nice and well-maintained condition. The new engine and drive have been serviced regularly. Underneath, she has been painted with antifouling from Hempel.

Everything onboard is fully functional. The sprayhood and cockpit cover are also in excellent condition just like all cushions above and below which appear nice without tears.

BOAT'S HISTORY:
The boat has been privately owned by a Danish couple. She has always been stored on land during winter. She is being sold solely because the owners now feel they have too little time to use her after approximately 7 years of ownership.

WELCOME ABOARD:
Feel free to call or write for further information.
She lies at her place in the water for inspection.
Ready to sail away and for quick takeover.
