This 2012 VAT-paid fresh water only Prestige 440s is in a superb condition and comes loaded with rare options like full teak decks.
A true two cabin lay-out, two bathrooms with both shower and head. A pocket sized head-turning hard-top yacht with ample space, electric sliding roof and electric operated glass sliding cockpit that divides the upper salon with her spacious aft deck seating area.. Volvo IPS pods with the double speed mode joystick (newest type) makes any manoeuvre super easy.

The internal décor, designed by Garroni, in collaboration with Prestige’s Styling Department, is modern and refined. The exceptional luminosity granted by the large windows is enhanced by light shades of high-tech fabrics and Alcantara®.
All in all this Prestige 440s is without doubt the best example on the market today.

An electric garage door that can house your dinghy is opened by the touch a button and from the garage you have access to the very spacious engine room that is also in a great condition.

Recent service on engines and IPS as well as full polish, wax and new antifouling.

Viewing of this turn-key Prestige 440s is highly recommended.
