The Dufour 405 Grand Large is a cruising sailboat designed to offer an excellent balance between performance, comfort, and safety. Manufactured by Dufour Yachts, this boat is ideal for sailors looking to explore the seas in style and reliability.

This Dufour 405 Grand Large is a second-hand boat. It was sold new to its first owner in 2011. Following the purchase of a new Dufour 450 in 2013, the boat was sold to its current owners the same year.

Since 2013, this couple has had a lot of fun sailing with this boat, particularly in different regions of the Mediterranean.

The boat is very well maintained and benefits from winter storage under a winter cover every year. The engine is also winterized each year, rinsed with fresh water, and undergoes an annual inspection.

In 2024, the hull was completely scraped, then treated with two layers of epoxy and two layers of Micron 350 antifouling. The antifouling was renewed in 2026.

The saildrive seal was also replaced in 2024.
