Beneteau Oceanis 42.1 - (2017) - Air Conditioning

Located: Gouvia Marina, Corfu – VAT Not Paid

“Free Will” is a 2017 Beneteau Oceanis 42.1, built on the acclaimed Oceanis 41.1 platform designed by Finot Conq with interiors by Nauta Design. This model is widely recognised for its modern hard chine hull, excellent stability under sail, and impressive interior volume for a yacht of this size. The Oceanis 41.1 series remains one of Beneteau’s most successful cruising yachts, praised for its balance of performance, comfort, and ease of handling.

This particular example stands out immediately from typical ex charter units. “Free Will” benefits from new sails, new sprayhood, new large cockpit MFD displays, and air conditioning throughout, making her a significantly upgraded and more desirable version of the Moorings specification. Her Yanmar 55hp engine shows low hours for her age (2253.4), and her interior presents in notably good condition — clean, bright, and well maintained.

With a spacious 3?cabin / 2?head layout, generous beam, and Beneteau’s trademark light filled saloon, she offers comfortable accommodation for families, couples, or cruising groups. The deep fin keel and balanced spade rudder provide reassuring handling and strong upwind performance, while the slab reefed mainsail and simple deck layout make her easy to sail shorthanded.

“Free Will” has recently undergone fresh antifouling and anode replacement (May 2026) and carries an 18?month Greek transit log from May 2026, making her immediately ready for Mediterranean cruising. Her systems are operational, her upgrades are valuable, and her specification is attractive for both private buyers and those considering light charter use.

Overall, “Free Will” represents a rare opportunity to acquire a well equipped, well maintained Oceanis 42.1 with meaningful recent investments, strong mechanical condition, and a desirable Mediterranean location.
