LIVIA PLUS is a new-generation 70-metre super-yacht concept by RMK Yachts, created for Owners seeking exceptional volume, privacy and lifestyle without stepping into the 80-metre-plus category.

With a remarkable 12.30-metre beam and approximately 1,750 GT, LIVIA PLUS offers significant volume while maintaining an elegant and contemporary profile. Her steel hull and aluminum superstructure are complemented by exterior and interior design from Red Yacht Design, with naval architecture, engineering and production design by RMK Yachts.

The design places particular emphasis on outdoor living and connection with the sea. Expansive aft decks create multiple generous areas for lounging, dining and entertaining, complemented by a sky-lounge, beach club and wellness areas, as well as two guest pools, while the forward deck provides a dedicated helipad. The proposed arrangement also offers substantial tender and water toys capacity.

Inside, LIVIA PLUS combines an impressive two-deck Owner's suite with a private lounge and dining area, a private office and its own deck with pool. The VIP and guest cabins on the main deck benefit from their own private balconies. The proposed GA presents six guest cabins, alongside dedicated massage and wellness facilities, but can be personalized to the Owner's preferences with up to 10 guest cabins.

Powered by twin MTU 2,080 kW engines, the current 70-metre concept targets a cruising speed of approximately 12 knots and a maximum speed of 15 knots.

OVERVIEW: LIVIA PLUS offers 1,750 GT of volume and 950 m² of guest areas, including a beach club, three pools, an indoor lounge on every deck, an elevator serving all guest decks, a spacious wellness area with a separate gym offering direct access to the beach club (optional), and ample storage for tenders and toys. LIVIA PLUS, with her steel hull and optional Ice Class, 150,000-litre fuel and 30,000-litre fresh-water capacities, together with comfortable and functional crew areas and ample food storage, is designed for long-range cruising and extended periods at sea.

ACCOMMODATIONS: In her standard layout, LIVIA PLUS offers six guest staterooms, including a split-level Owner’s suite with a private forward deck. All main-deck guest staterooms benefit from private balconies, while the lower-deck guest stateroom provides direct access to the wellness area and gym. An additional multi-purpose room can be converted into an extra guest or staff cabin. For Owners seeking a different configuration, the accommodation can be customized to feature either two Master suites or up to 10 guest cabins.

LOWER DECK: The 87 m² aft deck features a beach club with fold-out balconies, a bar and a pool. Indoors, starting from aft, is an 18 m² wellness area with a Jacuzzi, complemented by a 7 m² sauna to port and a 7 m² hammam to starboard. Moving forward, the 22 m² gym is located to port, with the option of a fold-out side balcony, while to starboard is a 16 m² multi-purpose room that can be configured as an additional guest or staff cabin. Further forward to starboard is a 23 m² guest stateroom.

MAIN DECK: The 100 m² aft deck lounge offers ample space for relaxing and entertaining. Indoors, the 120 m² main salon incorporates an indoor/outdoor dining area, served by a 22 m² pantry, with a day head conveniently located off the main lobby. Adjacent to the lobby, to starboard, is the Owner’s 34 m² private lounge and dining area, with direct access via a private staircase to the Owner’s suite on the upper deck. All four guest staterooms benefit from private balconies, while forward is a generous 65 m² dedicated tender and toys storage area.

UPPER DECK: The 100 m² aft lounge offers a comfortable seating area and an impressive outdoor dining area for 16 guests. Indoors, the 35 m² sky lounge is located aft and is served by an 8 m² pantry. The Captain’s cabin is located to port, while the Owner’s suite occupies the forward section of the deck.

OWNER’S STATEROOM: The Owner’s accommodation is arranged as an impressive split-level suite across the main and upper decks. On the upper deck is the 50 m² Owner’s stateroom, complemented by a generous 30 m² bathroom and walk-in closet, as well as a 10 m² private office. Forward, the Owner enjoys a private 90 m² deck with a seating area and pool, adjacent to the helipad. A private staircase connects the suite directly to the Owner’s private lounge and dining area on the main deck.

BRIDGE DECK: The 75 m² aft deck offers a sunbathing area with pool and a bar. Indoors there is a 20 m² lounge with a day head and forward is the 20 m² wheelhouse.

CREW ACCOMODATION: The crew area on the main deck is generously arranged and includes a 23 m² main galley with direct access to an 8 m² walk-in fridge/freezer room, a 4 m² dry store, a 10 m² laundry area, a 15 m² crew office/workshop and a 25 m² crew mess. Crew accommodation comprises eight ensuite cabins for 14 crew, including six double and two single cabins. The Captain’s cabin is on the upper deck.
