She is powered by twin MTU 12V 4000 M93 diesel engines producing 3,180hp each, now at approximately 3,600 hours, giving her a top speed of 24 knots, a comfortable cruising speed of 20 knots and a range of 1,500 nautical miles at an economical 12 knots.
