2022 Monachus 70 Fly "Panta Rei" – One of a Kind in the Adriatic

Available now from her first and only owner, the "Panta Rei" is a rare opportunity to acquire the flagship of the Monachus fleet. This 2022 exhibition-grade yacht is truly one of a kind in the Adriatic Sea, offering a unique blend of Mediterranean lobster-boat soul and superyacht sophistication. Meticulously maintained and built to the highest CE Category A (Ocean) standards, she is the perfect vessel for those who demand exclusivity and seaworthiness.

While the Adriatic is home to many mass-produced yachts, the Monachus 70 Fly stands alone with its "spindle line" profile and elegant retro styling. It is a head-turner in every marina from Venice to Dubrovnik, designed for owners who appreciate artisanal craftsmanship over assembly-line production.

The Panta Rei is defined by its strikingly sharp bow and an extremely deep-V hull, engineered to dominate the Maestral and Jugo winds of the Adriatic with ease. Powered by twin Volvo Penta D13-IPS 1200 engines, she delivers effortless manoeuvrability and a top speed of 32 knots.
• Engine Hours: ~700 hours (Main Engines) | ~860 hours (Generator)
• Technology: Volvo IPS Joystick (3 stations for easy Mediterranean docking), Dynamic Positioning System (DPS), and self-levelling interceptors.

• Outdoor Living: Teak-laid decks throughout, featuring a sprawling flybridge with a wet bar and a hydraulic swim platform perfect for the crystal-clear Adriatic waters.

The interior is a masterclass in craftsmanship, finished in American walnut and cherrywood. With a remarkable 214 cm headroom, the interior volume rivals much larger vessels.
• Accommodation: 4 luxurious guest cabins (master, VIP, and two twins), all with private en-suite bathrooms, plus a completely separate bow crew cabin.
• Galley & Salon: An "open-concept" aft galley with a folding window connects the salon directly to the cockpit—ideal for alfresco dining and social Mediterranean evenings.
