Here we have a good example of the popular Angus Primrose designed Moody 33 central cockpit cruiser. Known for their spacious interior and practical nature these Moodys are prized by families and those seeking plenty of room and predictable sailing in most conditions. This particular yacht was one of the last of the Mk I type to be built and has benefited from a range of improvements over it's lifetime. Most notably she now boasts a Solé Mini M29 engine of 2008 which has been serviced annually by the current owners, she has also been antifouled and polished every winter which she has spent out of the water. There is a unique arrangement in the aft cabin to allow three children to sleep in the space. A legacy of a previous owner who took the family off on adventures. The aft cabin also benefits from the addition of a heads which has been squeezed into the corner and which allows people sleeping in the rear to avoid having to traipse through the cockpit and main cabin during the night. This Moody 33 has been used on many trips by the current owners and this classic boat still has plenty left to give her new ones.
