The Bavaria 46 Cruiser from 2005 presents itself as a proven cruising yacht with a 4-cabin layout and ample space for crew, family, or charter use. It offers a solid foundation for owners looking for a spacious vessel with further development potential. On deck, the yacht is functional and easy to maintain: the deck is finished in gelcoat, while the cockpit features classic teak. The generous cockpit provides plenty of space for several people and is clearly laid out. Below deck, you enter the bright and spacious saloon via the companionway, which serves as the central living area of the yacht. To starboard is the chart table, offering sufficient space for navigation and onboard electronics. Directly in front of it is the large seating area, ideal for social gatherings. The saloon upholstery should be renewed, giving the new owner the opportunity to customize and visually enhance the interior. The galley is functionally designed and currently equipped with a large household refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, providing ample storage for provisions. The original components for conversion back to the standard setup are still available. In the aft section of the yacht, there are two identical double cabins, ideal for guests or crew members. They offer sufficient storage and comfortable space for extended stays on board. Also located aft, with access from the saloon, is a head with toilet. In the forward port area, there is an additional cabin with bunk beds. It is currently used as storage for spare parts and equipment but offers potential to be reactivated as an additional sleeping cabin. In the bow, you will find the spacious owner’s cabin with a large double bed and ample storage, providing a comfortable retreat and completing the yacht’s well-balanced layout. The sail inventory of the Bavaria 46 Cruiser is in good condition and ready for the next journey. Overall, this is a spacious and versatile sailing yacht with a solid structure—ideal for owners seeking a boat with potential. The berth in Bar, Montenegro is paid until the end of the season and can be taken over by the new owner. Viewings can be arranged flexibly.⸻Sails & Rigging• Furling mainsail• Mainsail Hyde Sails 9.1 NPR radial cut, 2022• Genoa Hyde Sails 9.1 NPR radial cut, 2022• Gennaker• Spinnaker pole included• Older sail wardrobe still availableEngine & Systems• Volvo Penta D2-75• 75 HP• Engine hours unknown (counter defective)• Saildrive diaphragm replaced in 2021• 210 L fuel tank• Fixed 3-blade Volvo propellerDeck Equipment• Deck shower• Sprayhood• Bimini (2021)• Rocna anchor 25 kg (2021)• Anchor chain 80 m, 10 mm• Electric anchor windlass 1500 W• Bow thruster• Liferaft for 10 persons ISO Offshore (2022)• Dinghy Zodiac/West Marine 2.90 m• Outboard engine Mercury 9.9 HP• Stainless steel arch (V4A) with dinghy davits• Audio systemInterior• 4 cabins• 8 berths + saloon• Headroom approx. 2.00 m• 2 heads• Manual toilets• Gas stove (2 burners)• Gas oven• 1 household refrigerator with separate freezer(conversion possible, parts available)• Heating Webasto Air Top 5000 diesel heaterElectrical System• LiFePO batteries (2023)• 440 Ah (2 x 220 Ah)• Solar system (2022), peak 800 W• Portable generatorNavigation• Linear autopilot• 2 x chartplotter Raymarine C80• Wind instrument Raymarine ST60• Speed log Raymarine ST60• Depth sounder Raymarine ST60• VHF radio Navicom RT750 with DSC• AIS EM-TRAK B954 transponder• Radar Raymarine RD218 mast radar• StarlinkWater & Sanitary• Fresh water tank 460 L• Holding tank 80 L• Electric fresh water pump
