This Super Lauwersmeer Kotter 1250 “Freonskip” radiates quality and sturdiness. The heavy-duty, round bilge hull with bilge keels and a beautiful flare bow feels just as at home on open waters as it does on inland waterways. Whether you are cruising through France to the Mediterranean or heading around to Scandinavia, the Sneekermeer, or the Westeinderplassen, this kotter is more than capable. At 12.50 meters, it not only offers excellent sailing characteristics but also generous comfort and space to move around.

The mahogany interior features soft, rounded shapes that are echoed throughout every space. From the aft deck, you can descend on the port side via stairs to the salon, which includes an L-shaped sofa, a wall of cabinets, the internal helm station, and a chart table. In the forepeak, you will find a well-equipped galley opposite a dinette and guest cabins that feature a spacious V-berth, storage space, and a washbasin unit. In the aft section is the roomy owner’s cabin with a double bed, a small seating area, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a toilet, washbasin, and shower. Opposite the bathroom is a large closet.

Direct access to the engine room is available via a hatch under the salon stairs or through floor hatches in the salon floor. The technical installations are spaciously and clearly arranged, including a 120 hp Iveco engine, a generator, and separate diesel and water tanks of approximately 1000 liters each.

In short, the Super Lauwersmeer Kotter 1250 “Freonskip” combines timeless elegant lines with a thoughtful layout and ample storage space. Ideal for long journeys on both inland and open waters.
