Molenmaker and Mantel Kotter 12.25 newly arrived at Allround Yachting. This ship, built in 2000 in Sneek, has a classic line and a joggled, therefore very strong hull. The beautiful round bilge shape provides very good sailing characteristics for large waters, something that many former sailors can greatly appreciate. There are also two masts on the boat with a support sail. Of course, there is also an inside and outside steering position, making sailing possible in many conditions.

The interior feels very spacious due to the high ceilings and the enormous volume in this ship. There is a lot of storage space, partly due to a generous hanging closet.

The salon has an entrance from the spacious aft deck equipped with teak, but also a side door on the port side next to the steering position, making it easy to moor from there as well. The salon features a corner sofa with a view all around, where it is also possible to sleep, and a large table and a chart table.

The U-shaped galley on the starboard side is spacious and bright. Through the two portholes, you have a nice view over the water. On the port side is the enormous dinette for 4 people, which can also be converted into a double bed.

At the front, there is a lockable cabin with a double bed. The surface of the mattresses is large.

There is a set of screens and rain covers available for the portholes.

The lighting is LED and dimmable via remote control.

Large boiler for long showers and diesel-fired hot air heating with thermostat for even more comfort all year round.

The toilet and shower in the wet cell are located in the aft ship opposite the "walk-in closet".

At the very back is the owner's cabin with a double bed, large closets, and a dressing table. On each side are two portholes and a hatch to hear the birds chirping even better from bed.
