The Modern Houseboat is a completely new and contemporary design. Due to its new construction method, this model achieves a U-value of 0.18 W/m²K, which is comparable to a new build home. This series of houseboats is built using a strong steel cage construction, enclosed with PIR insulation panels, and features a proven finishing technique.
