FLEMING 75 “PERSEUS” – 2004 Build / Extensive Refit 2023 Ashore January 2026 (See pictures) - ready for the season Overview Built in 2004 and fastidiously maintained by professional crew, this Fleming 75 “PERSEUS” represents one of the finest and most capable semi-displacement cruising yachts of her generation. The Fleming 75 was conceived with a singular aim: to combine rugged, ocean class seakeeping and long range capability with the comfort, elegance and ease of handling of a much larger yacht, and in “PERSEUS” this ambition has been realized fully. Following a comprehensive refit programme from 2015 through 2025, “PERSEUS” is superbly prepared for both bluewater ocean voyages and relaxed coastal cruising. Her robust semi displacement hull, AquaDrive vibration isolated propulsion system, and sound insulated machinery spaces deliver that hallmark Fleming whisper quiet ride and long haul comfort. Having carried previously owners above the Arctic Circle, and completed ocean crossings under her own power, “PERSEUS” is truly proven as a long range cruiser. With her generous fuel and water capacity, she is capable of extended passages with minimal reliance on frequent port calls. Below deck she offers three well appointed guest staterooms, each with a private ensuite head, plus separate crew quarters aft, a layout that delivers privacy, comfort and practicality whether underway or at anchor. The interior exudes classic Fleming refinement: teak and holly soles, gracious joinery, soft fabrics and headroom throughout that belies her 75foot designation. The galley is designed for serious provisioning and live‑aboard comfort: fully equipped with modern appliances and ample storage, it supports extended cruising and entertaining in style. On deck, “PERSEUS” is perfectly equipped for adventure: a tender on hydraulic davits, an inflatable catamaran / landing craft, dive compressor, fenders and custom fittings all offering versatility whether you’re exploring remote anchorages, diving, or simply enjoying life afloat. In sum: “PERSEUS” blends the legendary build quality, comfort, range and seakeeping for which Fleming Yachts are celebrated with the benefits of a full refit and modern systems. For the discerning yachtsman seeking a ready to go, ocean-capable, yet luxurious and manageable yacht, she stands as a rare and compelling offering. Brokers’ Comments We know PERSEUS intimately having sold her to her previous and current owners. We managed over €1 million of refit and upgrades between 2021 and mid. 2024 and can confidently recommend her to any future owner. Her current owners have enjoyed European cruising. She is now seriously for sale as they reach for new horizons. EU VAT is paid. UK (Guernsey) Red Ensign registered for secure transfer of title.
