A well-equipped 420 Fly in excellent condition

This Galeon 420 Fly has been carefully maintained by owners who clearly took great pride in her, and it shows throughout. She presents in excellent condition and comes exceptionally well equipped, with a long list of quality upgrades aimed at comfort, autonomy and easy handling. For a buyer, that means a boat that has been looked after properly and is ready to cruise from day one, with little if anything left to add.

Built for self-sufficient cruising

This 420 Fly is set up for genuine independence on the water, giving her owner the freedom to stay out for extended periods, under favourable conditions and at economical cruising speeds, without needing to return to a marina. An onboard water maker produces fresh drinking water directly from seawater, removing the need to top up freshwater supplies, while the independent power system keeps everything running without reliance on shore-side infrastructure. That autonomy means real freedom of choice, whether tying up in a lively marina or dropping anchor in a quiet, remote bay with nothing but nature for company.

Propulsion

Power comes from twin Cummins QSB 5.9 diesel engines, each rated at 425 hp, driving a conventional straight-shaft system. Widely regarded as one of the most reliable and maintenance-friendly configurations available, its simple, robust design delivers excellent durability, low upkeep and dependable long-term performance.

Manoeuvrability

Bow and stern thrusters paired with a Yacht Controller® wireless docking system give outstanding low-speed control during docking, marina operations and anchoring. Even demanding manoeuvres can be carried out smoothly and precisely, significantly reducing the skipper's workload. The setup also makes safe single-handed handling possible in close quarters, with no need for crew assistance under normal conditions, keeping berthing simple and stress-free even in tight marinas.
