Catamaran Leopard 40 from 2006, French Flag, VAT included, Registered in Papeete, Surveyed in August 2020

4 cabins, 2 bathrooms with WC and shower

Sleeps 10 (4 double beds, 2 single beds)

This exceptional catamaran, designed by the renowned architects Morelli & Melvin, offers a timeless design. Its large cockpit allows easy access to the aft skirts without any steps to climb, ensuring great ease of movement. Made of vacuum-infused fiberglass, it combines strength and durability.

The bright interior features large glazed surfaces offering a 360-degree view of the outside. The access steps to the roof keep the interior cool by preventing direct sunlight from entering.

The equipped kitchen, with two refrigerators, an oven, two burners, and a double sink in stainless steel, extends to the cockpit for outdoor dining. The chart table and the 12v main panel are well arranged on the port side.

The spacious aft cabins and the forward cabins with double beds are accompanied by bathrooms with separate showers. The catamaran also includes a perfectly integrated washing machine.

This 2006 Morelli & Melvin catamaran is ready to sail, offering comfort and elegance. Don’t miss this exceptional opportunity. Contact us for more information and to arrange a visit.
