UPDATE; boat is back in the water with 2026 antifouling, and we have now attached the extensive list of "North Sails" sails.

Arconia 4, a distinguished Luffe 45, became a familiar and successful name in the European racing circuit, particularly in the Baltic region. This high-performance Danish yacht, designed by Oluf Jørgensen, is renowned for its sleek Scandinavian minimalism and exceptional handling even when sailed by a small crew. It is described as a "genuine sailing machine" with a low center of gravity and a high righting moment, making it very stable in various wind conditions.
Throughout its life, Arconia 4 has been meticulously maintained to professional standards by its original and only German owner. Uncompromising Single-Owner Quality; A one-owner boat is the gold standard. Arconia 4 has been under the stewardship of a seasoned maritime professional since the day she left the yard in Denmark.
Arconia 4 isn't just a boat that sits in a slip; she is a "sailing machine".
We are selling her to a sailor who wants to actually sail, someone who values a boat that handles the Atlantic swell with the same grace it shows on a calm summer afternoon.
The yacht is currently located in the Marina de Lagos, Portugal, offering a rare and unique opportunity for a new owner to potentially take over its berth.
If you are seeking a fast, but evenly comfortable cruiser-racer in one of the most desirable marinas on the Iberian Peninsula, Arconia 4 represents a rare and prestigious find.

As a Yacht management company we can teach you all about how to get the most out of this boat, we can offer you our gardiennage packages and or handle your refits.
We got to know the owner and the yacht a few years ago, and we are honoured to find the next custodian for this remarkable Luffe 45.
