The 2013 Beneteau Oceanis 45 is a critically acclaimed family cruiser that masterfully combines comfort, space, and blue-water sailing performance. Designed by Finot-Conq with a modern chined hull and a stylish interior by Nauta Design, this 45-foot yacht stands out for its bright, open-concept salon and an exceptionally ergonomic cockpit. Powered by a reliable, naturally aspirated 54 HP Yanmar 4JH5E diesel engine, it offers smooth shorthanded handling and excellent stability, making it a top choice for both private owners and premium charter operations.

Exterior Ergonomics and Cockpit LayoutThe exterior is defined by a wide 4.50-meter beam that extends all the way to the transom, creating an expansive aft cockpit. It features dual steering wheels for excellent visibility, a large centerline folding table, and an innovative mainsail arch (roll-bar) that keeps the cockpit clear of lines and completely safe. At the stern, an electric fully-opening transom converts into a massive, low-to-the-water swim platform, providing effortless access to the sea or the dinghy.

Interior Living Space and Layout OptionsBathed in natural light through large hull ports and flush deck hatches, the interior offers an unmatched sense of volume for a 45-foot boat. The salon features a clever sliding navigation table that easily converts into a comfortable settee. Built primarily in 3-cabin / 2-head or 4-cabin / 2-head configurations, the layout provides a luxurious forward master suite and spacious aft cabins, complete with a fully equipped L-shaped galley and generous freshwater storage of 570 litres.

Propulsion, Mechanics, and Sailing PerformanceUnder the hood, the yacht is equipped with a 54 HP Yanmar 4JH5E engine paired with a Saildrive unit, delivering an economical cruising speed of 6.5–7.0 knots with a consumption of just 3 litres per hour. With a 200-litre fuel tank, the boat boasts a motorized range of over 400 nautical miles. On the water, its balanced sail plan, solid ballast options, and modern hull chines ensure comfortable, upright sailing and predictable tracking even in challenging sea conditions.
