Opportunity. Menorquín Yacht 110 “Momentets” – 2006 / First launched in 2008Momentets is a Menorquín Yacht 110 built in 2006 and launched for the first time in 2008, equipped with two Yanmar 4LHA-STP diesel engines of 190 HP each.A unit that stands out especially for its condition, its known history, and the care it has received over the years. The current owner acquired the vessel for personal use. Subsequently, they changed from List 7 to List 6 in order to legally carry out some private charter outings with very selected clients.Throughout this period, the owner has always been the captain of the vessel, making only a limited number of outings per year with a maximum of six passengers. Therefore, it is not a vessel subjected to the usual intensive use of a commercial charter operation. The interior has had very little use and is preserved in exceptional condition for a vessel of its age. The engines and systems have received regular annual maintenance. It currently has approximately 2,300 engine hours.Engine

These outings were always conducted by the owner as captain and with a maximum of six passengers.A vessel with a special historyMomentets was expressly selected by the filming team of the movie The house in flames and appears in numerous scenes of the film.A small part of the recent history of this vessel that, in addition to its anecdotal interest, perfectly reflects the Mediterranean and timeless character of Menorquín design.Broker’s commentsI personally know this vessel and have had the opportunity to sail with it as captain during a crossing from Palamós to Menorca. It is difficult to properly value a boat solely based on a technical sheet. In this case, I can also do it from experience.Momentets is a very pleasant vessel to sail, solid, comfortable, and with that characteristic seafaring behavior of Menorquín. The crossing to Menorca was a true pleasure and allowed me to get to know the boat well, its behavior, and its qualities in navigation. In addition, it has an interior that is practically unused, a careful owner, and a history of annual maintenance. An especially interesting unit for those looking for a well-preserved Menorquín Yacht 110, with a known history and ready to continue sailing. The vessel is available for visits by appointment.
